A lot of my card ideas start as a plain white card with a simple little embellishment and a few words. They never end up that way. Never.
This one is no exception. I even printed my message and placed my stickers directly on the card backing, intending it to be completely plain. And I just didn’t like it. Luckily, a little bit of inking solved everything. Always does.
I had to get a little creative with the double sided tape on this one, but the end result was worth it. I used Cool Highlight Glitter Ritz with Copic markers to color the birdies, and I printed the sentiment. Then I went over the letters with a clear Spica, because you can never have too much sparkle.
