Hello Little Pumpkin {Layout}

This layout (clearly) took me months. I bought the papers back around the same time the picture was taken, but I just couldn’t figure out how to put them together.

When I scrapbook, I generally spend a lot of time sitting with a bunch of pictures and a bunch of papers in front of me, waiting for an idea. These came out no less than 20 times between last fall and now, just taunting me.

But considering how long it took me to figure out, I love the results. My favorite detail is the doily edging on the mat.

It came from this Spellbinders Borderabilities set. Up until I put it all together, I thought the edge was going to be too delicate for the rest of the layout. I was actually a little surprised at how well it worked.
