Sweet Little Girls by Pink Persimmon

Christy Copics, Ink & Paper 11 Comments

I am so close to completing my Copic collection I can almost taste it. Just 2 more (that the store was out of) and I’ll call it functionally complete. I don’t have all of the earth tones or grays, but for what I color, I have all the ones I need. That’s not to say I won’t eventually get those missing Es and Ts, but they’ll officially be lower on my priority list than, say, getting all the Distress Paints.

To celebrate this not-quite-milestone, I have a sweet colored card. The background was made with an old stamp from my stash and a whole lot of Tea Dye Distress Ink. I wanted something muted that would still coordinate with the patterned papers (from Graphic 45’s Little Darlings) I used.

The stamp is Sweet Little Girls from Pink Persimmon. I love the detail in their little vintage dresses. They’re so much fun to color. The dress on the right is done with the V20s, and the one on the left is the R80s.

Now stay tuned for Inky Linky 29, which I’ll post in minutes. Why 2 posts in one day, you ask? To be honest, I just hate when I have nothing of my own to post between linkies, so here you go.
