Card Cupids Donor Appreciation Blog Tour

Happy Valentine’s Weekend from Card Cupids! As a Thank You to all of our fabulous followers and card donors, we’re hosting hosting a little blog tour.

If you’ve just hopped onto the tour, you’ll want to go back to the Card Cupids Blog to get started.  If you’ve just arrived from Jade’s blog, then you’re on the right track. Thanks for dropping by!

Card Cupids mission is to provide encouragement and joy by sending Card Cuddle Care Packages to children who are facing difficult challenges in their young lives regardless of their economic background. Card Cupids believes that every child needs to know that they are loved. A stuffed animal to hold, along with cards that share a positive message can help lift the spirits of children that are faced with difficult challenges. Card Cupids collects handmade cards to be sent to children along with new stuffed animals, coloring books, activity books, crayons and markers. Card Cupids hopes to provide numerous Card Cuddle Care Packages to children in hospitals, foster care, homeless shelters as well as children facing other difficulties.

As you know by now, everyone on the tour is sharing a Valentine’s Day craft project for kids. I decided to make a heart shaped treat cone.

The basic cone is incredibly simple. All you really need is a sheet of construction paper, some Scotch tape, and a ribbon. Dress it up with whatever embellishments you have on hand, fill with candy, and voila. Sure to delight your little Valentine.

And now, of course, for the real reason you’re here. My secret word is SENDING. To be eligible for the prize, just collect all the secret words (they will form a sentence or sentences) and send them to info@cardcupids.org by 11:59 EST on February 14. The subject of your email should be “Blog Tour Prize.”

As always, Card Cupids is collecting hand made cards, new stuffed animals, coloring books, crayons and markers to distribute to our Cuties. We’re currently collecting for Absolutely Incredible Kids Day on March 15, as well as for Kate and Christopher and their siblings. If you’d like to donate, please visit Card Cupids for more information.

Now it’s time for you to head to Angela’s blog to continue the tour. Have fun and good luck!
